1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the padu44 platform — whether through the official website at padu44.onl or via the padu44 mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with all related policies listed on our platform.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and continue to apply for as long as your account remains active or for as long as you access the padu44 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the padu44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the padu44 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all involved accounts along with the forfeiture of all fund balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid phone number.
• Updating your profile information whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with anyone.
• Notify padu44 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Padu44 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is required before the first withdrawal is processed to confirm the identity of each member.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Padu44 supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other e-wallet options listed on the Deposit page. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Transaction Limits

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your padu44 account.

• Padu44 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by Member: Members may close their account at any time by contacting the padu44 support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the final review is complete.

Closure by padu44: In the event of a serious breach of terms, padu44 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances, including real money and bonuses, without compensation.

Inactive Account: Accounts that show no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 may be charged until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
